This project restored the full charm of this residence while respecting its original architectural identity. The windows were replaced with refined, high-performance models, offering both improved energy efficiency and a visually elegant frame. The addition of flower boxes animates the façade and introduces a soft, natural touch to the composition.
The balcony was completely rebuilt, maintaining its original proportions and placement, but using durable materials and a meticulous finish to ensure lasting strength and beauty for years to come. The brick masonry, a defining element of the home’s architectural language, was not replaced; instead, it underwent a deep cleaning, revealing the richness of its color and texture.
This project reflects our design philosophy: enhance the existing, highlight architectural details, and breathe new life into a building—striking a perfect balance between tradition and modernity.
